Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 28, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what information Stephenson Millwork Co., Inc. (“Stephenson Millwork,” “we,” “us” or “our”) collects through stephensonmillwork.com (the “Website”), how we use and share it, and the choices you have. Our Terms and Conditions also apply.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us. When you fill out a form on the Website, call, email or visit us, we collect what you provide:

  • Contact form: your first and last name, company, email address, phone number, city, state and a description of your project.
  • Product line and showroom inquiry forms: your first and last name, company, email address, phone number and a description of your project.
  • Flush door quote form: your first and last name, company, email address, phone number, the city and state where the doors will ship, your business unit and your comments.
  • Job applications: if you email us your resume or cover letter for an open position, we collect the information you include, such as your contact details, work history and qualifications.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the Website, our servers and the third-party tools listed below may collect your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you visit, the time and date of your visit, the page that referred you, and similar usage information, using cookies, pixels and similar technologies.

2. How we use your information

  • To respond to your questions and requests, recommend products and prepare quotes.
  • To supply our millwork, windows, doors and services, and to keep customer and project records.
  • To schedule showroom appointments and meetings.
  • To review job applications and contact applicants.
  • To understand how the Website is used and to improve it.
  • To show our ads to existing and prospective customers, and to measure and improve our advertising (see section 4).
  • To protect the Website from spam, fraud and abuse.
  • To comply with the law and enforce our agreements.

3. Third-party services we use

The Website uses the following services, which may collect information about your visit under their own privacy policies:

  • Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics, to measure Website traffic.
  • Zoho CRM, which receives and stores the information you submit through our forms. Zoho’s form analytics and Zoho SalesIQ visitor tracking may record how visitors use the pages that have our forms.
  • Google reCAPTCHA, to protect our forms from spam. Its use is subject to Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
  • Google Fonts, to display text.
  • Links to our pages on Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn, and to the websites of the manufacturers whose products we carry. Those services collect information when you visit them.

4. Remarketing and interest-based advertising

We may use remarketing services, such as Google Ads and Meta (Facebook and Instagram), to show our ads to people who have visited the Website when they later use other websites and apps, and to measure whether our ads lead to inquiries. These services use cookies, pixels and similar technologies to recognize your browser or device, and they collect information such as the pages you visited and when.

Customer lists. We may also upload contact information of customers and people who have contacted us, such as email addresses and phone numbers, to advertising platforms such as Google (Customer Match) and Meta (Custom Audiences). The information is hashed (converted into a coded form) before it is matched, and the platforms use it only to match it to their users, show those people our ads or exclude them from our ads, and, on some platforms, to find people with similar interests. Under the platforms’ terms, they may not use it for other advertisers. To ask us to leave your information out of these uploads, contact us using the details in section 12. We do not sell your contact information.

You can opt out of personalized advertising through Google Ad Settings, Meta ad preferences, the Digital Advertising Alliance and the Network Advertising Initiative. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Opting out does not stop you from seeing ads, but they will not be based on your visits to the Website.

5. How we share information

We do not sell your contact information. We share it only:

  • With service providers that help us run our business and the Website, such as our website host, CRM and email providers. They may use it only to provide services to us.
  • With advertising platforms such as Google and Meta, in hashed form, to show our ads to the right people, as described in section 4.
  • With manufacturers, suppliers, installers or other partners, when needed to quote or complete products or services you asked us about.
  • If required by law, court order or a government request, or to protect our rights, property or safety, or that of others.
  • As part of a merger, sale or reorganization of our business, in which case this Privacy Policy will continue to apply to your information.
  • With your consent.

6. Cookies and your choices

You can set your browser to refuse or delete cookies. Some parts of the Website, such as form spam protection, may not work properly without them. You can opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s browser add-on.

7. How long we keep information

We keep personal information for as long as we need it for the purposes above, including to provide products and services, keep business and tax records, and resolve disputes.

8. Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, to stop sending you marketing emails, or to leave your information out of the customer lists we upload to advertising platforms, by contacting us using the details below. We will respond within a reasonable time and may need to verify your identity. We may keep some information when the law requires it or when we need it for an existing customer relationship.

9. Security

We use reasonable measures to protect your information, but no website, internet transmission or storage system is completely secure.

10. Children

The Website is meant for businesses and adults. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date above.
